Licence

Core is free. The console, the pipeline engine, the runtime, three starter pipelines and the demo company are yours to run a company with, free of charge. SoloINC is proprietary software; it is not open source. The text Legal drafts is in docs/LICENSE-DRAFT.md until it is adopted.

Pro is a key. The step catalog, department archetypes, the Managing Agent, roles and SSO, governance evidence, multi-seat routing, alerts and the mobile apps. A key is a signed statement — your email, how many humans may sign in, the plan, when it was issued — verified on your machine with the public key built into the console. Nothing phones home. Add it under Settings › Licence, or soloinc licence add SOLOINC-….

The trial. Fourteen days of everything, starting at first run. After it the console keeps working and stops doing the Pro things until a key is added. Nothing is deleted.

Buying. Checkout is by Paddle (the merchant of record; they handle tax and invoices). The key arrives by email within a minute. Referral credit is a Paddle coupon. Refunds within 14 days, no questions.

On a checkout of the source the gate does not bite — every feature works and the Licence screen says vendor build — so nobody loses alerts on the machine that builds the product.
