Roadmap

Versions: 0.9.x is the closed beta; 1.0.0 is the public launch; monthly minors after. The changelog is generated from merged pull requests.

Landing in the beta, in order:

1. Enterprise agent governance — the registry as system of record, policy as data per agent, risk tiers mapped to NIST AI RMF and the EU AI Act, quarterly attestations on the Desk, evidence packs, kill switches on one board.
2. Onboarding from an empty state root, and company import.
3. The agent-run business layer and department commands.
4. Titles and names finished across every surface.
5. The comment strip on the map.
6. The thin hosted dashboard as a command, and a glossary.
7. Docs and README rewrite.
8. The clean reset: a fresh state root, squashed history, the vendor's own company instantiated from its template like any other.

Not planned: a hosted multi-tenant service; anything that spends or signs on your behalf.

Running without Claude Code shipped: SoloINC's own native runtime runs a workload on a provider key or a local engine, in the same OS sandbox, with no claude binary. Only a Claude Code seat still needs Claude Code, because a seat token can be spent only through it.
